Wrote all product documentation including quick-reference cards, user manuals, online help system, release notes, customer notification emails, and some marketing copy for an online booking engine, Passportal. Reviewed and copy-edited, and prepared user documentation for "Passportal University" interactive training videos. Also wrote documentation for several other web-based travel management products and prepared attractive user manuals in PDF format.

Distilled a brief, readable how-to manual from a 200-page technical engineering report. The booklet, designed to help municipal recycling coordinators reduce contamination in plastics collected at drop-off recycling sites, was distributed nationwide and remains a popular download from the APC web site.

Nomination for a regional and national award for exemplary management of municipal biosolids. This unique project, which represented a consortium of corporate, municipal, and small business operations, revegetated an extensive mining site using composted waste materials. The project had been submitted for consideration two years earlier but had not received recognition. The updated nomination package, developed in collaboration with a biosolids expert and written in nontechnical language and presented in an attractive document, won the national award in the Special Projects category.

Wrote a wide variety of technical and general articles appearing in trade, in-house, and general publications. These include Construction Executive, EyeWorld, The Colorado Lawyer, Denver Business, Journal of Petroleum Accounting, Oil & Gas Tax Quarterly, Colorado Municipalities, and Waste Age. Topics covered financing, accounting, real estate, finance, medical, and solid waste management issues, among others.
