Navigant International |
||||
|
Redesigned information architecture for a major corporate travel management company. Assessed, prioritized, and rewrote “shovelware” site content into purposeful, readable, informative text. Analyzed hit data and surveyed corporate staff and users to assure retention of useful material and elimination of redundant or unnecessary topics. Compared competitor web sites. Worked closely with web designer to restructure site flow and logic and develop intuitive user navigation cues. With carefully written content, minimized scrolling and mouse clicks needed to arrive at desired destination. Reduced sprawling, unfocused content from 300+ pages to just over 70 lean, content-rich screens. |
